Key features of the room include: TV for Presentations: A high-definition television is mounted on the wall, perfect for delivering clear and impactful presentations. Connect your device easily via HDMI to share your screen with the group. Whiteboard Wall: An entire wall dedicated to brainstorming and visual collaboration. The expansive whiteboard surface allows for seamless ideation, note-taking, and sketching out plans in real time. Dry-erase markers and erasers are provided for your convenience. This meeting room is ideal for team meetings, client presentations, strategy sessions, and collaborative workshops. The combination of comfortable seating, advanced presentation technology, and ample space for creative thinking ensures that your meetings will be both efficient and inspiring.

MEETING ROOM POLICIES We will comply with all forthcoming local regulations—if any—regarding limitations on gathering sizes. Any member or guest who would like to set their own self-restrictions above those regulations are welcome to do so. 25N team members will provide assistance with meeting room bookings to ensure each group is accommodated with an appropriately-sized room. We are temporarily modifying our coffee and water service to limit cross-contamination. One of our gloved team members will serve coffees individually rather than providing access to a shared self-service pot. Water may be self-served at our touchless dispenser in the cafe area. We will happily still handle ordering and set-up for any boxed lunches or covered beverages you’d like delivered to your meeting (our add-on catering coordination service). Generous meeting room sizes (35-50% larger than industry standard) ensure that there will be plenty of room to spread out as needed.
