Accessible via a discreet black gate adjacent to the main entrance of the antique building, a stroll down the alleyway leads you into a serene private courtyard surrounded by lush olive trees and vibrant bougainvillea, bordered by charming craftsman bungalows. Upstairs, discover a collection of five private creative studios, a communal sitting area, and two storage rooms. Our loft, the largest among them, features striking historic windows, an exposed brick wall, a versatile rolling backdrop, a curtained changing area, and a selection of backdrop options. Professional lighting and a variety of props are available for rent. Additional amenities include a Bluetooth speaker, wifi, and a staff member for assistance. Ample power outlets are conveniently distributed throughout, however, this is a very old building and the outlets should not be overloaded. The natural light in the space is abundant, and we have charged battery-powered lighting on a rolling light stand. As part of a dynamic multi-use workspace, we kindly maintain a maximum occupancy of 10 individuals at any given time and request consideration regarding noise levels, including music volume.
