Our 2000 square foot barn is located on a working Christmas tree farm where we grow Monterey Pines and Leyland Cypress Christmas trees located in the heart of historic San Juan Capistrano. Conveniently located off the 5 freeway, you will feel like you've been taken out of the city and directly into a Hallmark movie once you walk on to the farm. The large two-story barn brings country charm with its wooden beams and hanging from the ceiling, is a 14-foot rustic chandelier made from reclaimed barnwood. Just outside the barn doors is a large area that can be used for seating under the market lights. Our barn and Christmas tree farm offers a unique and unforgettable experience. The possibilities are endless because the barn is your blank canvas. It offers a charmingly rustic backdrop that can be easily transformed to your own personalized, stylish event space. You can bring in your own furniture and decorations to create a space that reflects your unique style. Be sure to inquire about any restrictions on decorations before booking. Our farm animals bring added joy making it the perfect country living experience. Our petting zoo is available as an add-on option for events. Renting our barn and farm can be a fantastic option for those seeking a unique and stylish event venue. It offers a blend of rustic charm, modern convenience, and endless possibilities to create a truly memorable experience. This is the perfect location for: ~ Photo sessions ~ Film shoots ~ Production ~ Birthday parties ~ Special events ~ Weddings ~ Receptions ~ Corporate functions/meetings ~ Team building REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of $750.00 is due within 72 hours once the booking is accepted and must be paid via Host's Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle account. These funds will be used to off-set any charges deemed necessary by the Host, such as, but not limited to additional cleaning, breakage, damages, repairs, etc. Should the security deposit be deemed refundable after the completion of the booking, funds will be returned via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle 72 hours after the completion of the booking. If the security deposit is not submitted within the allotted timeframe, the Host has the right to cancel the event/booking. INSURANCE: The Guest is required to obtain and maintain special event liability insurance with a minimum coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence. The policy must name the Host and the city location as Additional Insured, and include a Primary and Non-Contributory Endorsement, and a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the specified parties. The Guest must provide both Certificates of Insurance and the required endorsements within 72 hours once the booking is accepted. If insurance certificates and required documents are not submitted within the allotted timeframe, the Host has the right to cancel the event/booking. PROPERTY MONITORING: The Guest acknowledges and agrees that the premises are under twenty-four (24) hour audio and video surveillance monitoring for security purposes. These recordings capture the Guest and their attendees within the exterior and interior areas of the property with the exception of the restrooms. The Host reserves the right to utilize these recordings for security, safety, and property management purposes, and the Guest hereby consents to such monitoring and recording. SECURITY: When alcohol is being served at an event, the Guest must hire security guards. The Host requires one security guard per every 50 people. The Host will provide the client with the insured and permitted security company's information and the Guest is required to make the necessary arrangements with the security company and provide the Host with confirmation that security has been hired. RENTAL FEES:  $400.00 per hour 1-50 guests  $550.00 per hour 51-100 guests  $690.00 per hour 101-150 guests
