Perfect for photoshoots, editorial work, product content, lifestyle videos, UGC, cooking content, music videos, and any production that needs a thoughtfully designed backdrop. 🌟 About the Space This loft is design-forward and intentional, with multiple styled areas that each bring their own mood. The living room, plant wall, color-drenched bathroom, dining area, kitchen, and massive 6-foot round mirror that doubles as a modular bar area all offer distinct looks within one open space. 💡 Light & Layout The natural light here is soft and consistent thanks to the north-facing windows. You won’t get harsh afternoon heat, but if you’re patient, you will get a beautiful golden hour. I also have plenty of smart lights and ambient lighting throughout the loft, so if you need more control, it’s there. Blackout shades and double curtains are available too. The soaring ceilings and open layout make it easy to shoot wide or tight without feeling cramped. The kitchen also works especially well for overhead and bird’s-eye shots. What makes this loft especially versatile is the variety of backdrops. You can shoot against the plant-filled Kartell wall, vintage decor, exposed brick, or the color-drenched bathroom, all without changing locations. The furniture can be styled as part of the scene or used as a backdrop depending on the look you’re after. If you’re booking for a specific item or setup, just ask and I’m happy to confirm what’s currently in the space. Check-in and check-out are usually done in person with a quick walkthrough. Occasionally, access will be through a lockbox, and I’ll send the code once your booking is confirmed. I’m always nearby by phone if you need anything.
