• Please leave the venue clean and tidy for the next renters after you, with particular care to the washroom. (no trash on floor, no water on toilet seat, washroom in general clean and orderly.)
• A Cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied to renters who leave the venue in a disorderly or reckless manner. (This includes any of the matters above)
• Before leaving the venue, please ensure that items including décor (purchased by the renter) is removed from the property as well as any other accessories renter has brought into the venue. The renter is solely responsible for removing all personal items that was brought in to be used in the venue.
• If any regurgitate is found anywhere in the venue a cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied to your balance and due for collection immediately. Before and after photos WILL be taken for proof after each and every event.
