Before Your Arrival: - Sanitize all equipment: We ensure all microphones, sound mixers, and other electronic devices are thoroughly cleaned. - Clean surfaces: Tables, chairs, and all high-touch areas are wiped down with disinfectant. - Inspect the room: Our team checks the room to ensure it is tidy, organized, and ready for your session. What We Expect From Our Guests: 1. Before You Leave: - Turn off all equipment: Ensure all mics, sound mixer, and other electronic devices are powered down. - Clear the workspace: Remove all personal items and trash. - Wipe down surfaces: Use disinfectant wipes to clean microphones, tables, and equipment surfaces. - Reset the room: Arrange chairs, tables, and equipment as they were found. 2. Check the Room: - Inspect for cleanliness: Ensure the room looks tidy and ready for the next use. - Report issues: Notify the management if any equipment is damaged or if there are any maintenance concerns.
