Welcome to our light, bright, stylish, modern, unique, clean, tidy, spacious, minimalist and colourful home in Walthamstow, east London, which has been recently renovated and featured in Ideal Home Magazine. We'd love you to visit! The house is flooded with natural light from of a number of skylights and windows. It offers plenty of space for shooting, equipment and crew and has already been used for TV adverts, photo shoots, music videos and social media content. Old meets new, with exposed plaster walls and Scandinavian style plywood in the kitchen, while also offering period features including original sash windows and floorboards, Victorian fireplaces, cornicing and picture rails. The house is a mixture of pale and dark earthy tones - pinks, neutrals and greens - plus a touch of brighter pink and terracotta in the kitchen. We hope you'll find it classy, contemporary and cool. There's a spacious trendy kitchen, looking out on to the garden, with a dining table (which can be moved) and a large island. We also have a large open-plan living area off the kitchen with plenty of empty floor space and a window seat looking into the kitchen, which can be useful for shoots. We have one extra large bathroom with pink and grey encaustic cement floor tiles, a freestanding grey bathtub, antique brass fittings, a concrete sink on a customised vanity unit and a walk-in shower with pale pink Moroccan bejmat tiles. Please ask for more pictures. We can also provide pictures of our smaller bathroom on request. We have two large adult bedrooms - including one modern loft-room, with a double bed, wardrobe, office space and floor to ceiling window. The second room is more traditional with an original Victorian fireplace, beautiful fitted wardrobes and bay window. We also have two kids rooms which are bold, colourful and scandi-inspired with beautiful trinkets, prints, canopies and toys. The house is packed with healthy living plants of all shapes and sizes and vases of dried eucalyptus. The downstairs and top floors have Victorian floorboards. The middle floor has a cream Berber carpet. Our furniture is a mix of contemporary and vintage / mid-century. We have large mirrors, rugs and lamps in every room, contemporary prints, modern ornaments, vases and candlesticks etc. We have a toilet on every floor. We are happy to move or remove furniture if needed and will do everything we can to help you with your shoot. We have more pictures of the whole house available on request.
