THE FULL BATHROOM: Stocked with essentials, including towels, a cleaning hose, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a washer/dryer. THE PATIO: Relax on the private patio with fresh air, sunlight, and space for a smoke break. Hosting events are only reserved for regular customers with good rapport. ▪️The host will check you in and give a walk-through. Afterward, the host will go upstairs to monitor the entrance. DO NOT sneak in extra guests without prior approval, or your reservation will be terminated, and you will be banned from future bookings. The owners live in the building and will ALWAYS have someone on site during active bookings to protect the property. We are highly detail-oriented, it is not possible to bypass us. ▪️You CANNOT show up with more people than your reservation. For example: if you booked for 5, you cannot show up 6. If you booked for 3, you cannot show up 4. Everyone counts, including the photographer, cameraman, stylist, hairdresser, etc. ▪️The main booker must attend the session in person and remain on-site until it’s complete to ensure the studio is maintained in good condition. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others without the booker’s presence. ▪️We strictly do not offer credit for cancellation since you booked the time slot that someone else could have taken. ▪️The booking is considered finished when ALL the guests leave the space. If it happens after your booked time, it will be added as overtime. Cleaning and wrap-up must be done within your booked hours. There are two Ring cameras that record time frame. ▪️We set our rate to attract respectful, quality guests and to protect our studio, rate cannot be negotiated. Everyone pays the same regardless of status, profession, or number of followers. There is no free stay for influencers in exchange for social media shout-outs.
