Please look at all photos... this location is a lot. Mountain cliffs, canyons, a desert backdrop, 8 1/2 acres, Gas station / mechanic shop, Removable gas pumps, “middle of nowhere” look… Mechanics area is filled with real tools. They create a natural backdrop related to fixing things. Wood, Metal, Mechanical, Welding, all with patina. Built in Props all over the place, always adding. It’s got a black and white checkered tile floor inside that makes a good dance floor in a mechanic zone. There’s a wraparound area in the garage more than we show . Note a small convenience store can nearly be built with counters, cash register wall form and shelves on hand. The other part is our Cinematic Meth Trailer type set that moves around the yard. There’s a few shipping containers on the property. Large natural areas & epic views, easy to create your own world. Multiple sets for scenes. There are several old cars on the land one burned in a fire... exploded. We live in a typical track home that is not the highlight of the property but it makes a great apartment or interior house scene. We have added a 2 bedroom and 2 more bathrooms and a 2nd kitchen that doubles as an apartment area … a green room holding area while productions are here. The kitchen is easy to film in because it is spacious. This part is sectioned off from where we live…. It’s practical and helpful. We like filming here, It’s a good thing. I’m a visual artist so I kind of understand. Outside is a large patio with plenty of space, seating for catering or crafty like a movie ranch. Or The garage space has numerous possibilities, Mechanic space, man cave, convenience store and pawn shop set up with mostly our things but they added some things. Kidnap? Alien invasian? Wild west cowboy fight, Irac, Turkey, Haiti… Road trip gas station. The garage interior is rather special, it’s easy to dress because most everything is on wheels.
