Situated on 164-acre expanse with a private 37-acre lake, this family compound features stunning mountain views and a captivating waterfall, creating an idyllic backdrop for relaxation and adventure. Here, the possibilities for adventure and relaxation are endless: take a hike, paddle across the lake in a kayak, enjoy a massage, or a yoga class on the porch. There are four separate accommodations on site that are not all included in a reservation for less than 12 guests. Black Bear Manor (The Main House), White Tail Lodge, Turtle Cove, and Fox Cottage, each add their own unique charm to your experience. Accommodations will be provided based on your guest count. The additional houses can be added with a reduced guest count for an extra housekeeping fee. For up to 12 guests, Black Bear Manor is reserved. In addition to the Black Bear Manor, White Tail Lodge – which sleeps 7 Turtle Cove – which sleeps 4 Fox Cottage – which sleeps an additional 6 Black Bear Manor is the heart BLCK Creek - sleeping 12, with five spacious bedrooms, including luxurious bathrooms (4 full, 2 half), ensuring privacy and comfort. Dive into culinary creativity in our gourmet chef’s kitchen located in the Kitchen Wing, or unwind in the expansive living space of the Family Wing. The entire property has recently undergone a comprehensive renovation, boasting all new furniture and an updated, modern design that enhances its timeless elegance. Upstairs via the grand staircase of Black Bear Manor is The Loft - it’s super spacious w lots of board games, a pool table that converts to a ping pong table - entertainment for days! There's a tv with plenty of seating to accommodate all of the guests. Not to mention one of our favorite spots of the house - the sitting nook with a large window overlooking the 13 acres of private lake - breathtaking. White Tail Lodge - Sleeps 7 From the main house, you walk down the stone path to White Tail Lodge. When you step into the main living room of the house, your instantly transported to a uniquely historic space while relishing in modern luxuries. To the right you will find a fully stocked kitchen that has an entrance to the outside patio that houses a lovely outdoor fireplace perfect to make s'mores as well as a large gourmet BBQ grill. Back in the living room, you’ll find the staircase that leads up to the one shared full bathroom and guest sleeping accommodations - One King Bedroom, a Full Bedroom and a Twin Daybed Room ant the Bunk Bed Room. White Tail Lodge also has a gorgeous enclosed sunroom that overlooks the lakes natural beauty. This house sleeps 7 Turtle Cove - Sleeps 4 Turtle Cove has a wonderful Lake View with 1 Full bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa and 1 Full Bathroom that is off the living room. This cove has no kitchen. This house sleeps 4 Fox Cottage - Sleeps 6 Fox Cottage Is nestled upon a little stone step hill and fully equipped with 1 Full Bedroom, 1 Queen Fold out in Entry Living Room and 1 Full Fold out in the Fireplace Living Room. There is also a Full Bathroom and a Kitchen.
