Easy parking.! has been a vital part of the Las Vegas community, providing props to the Las Vegas entertainment industry. WSP is proud to offer our newly expanded studio rental space to further the vision of our city's creatives. Whether you need a blank canvas to film your project or full production capabilities to execute your vision. We've got you! About our space: Our facility is safe, clean, comfortable, and well-air-conditioned. It is located minutes from the Strip and close to all necessities. Lobby: We have a comfortable waiting area for guests and talent to relax during your project. Changing area: Our dressing room has a makeup table, lighted makeup mirror, garment rack, and 3-way dressing mirror. There is also a large separate private bathroom. Studios: We have separate studio spaces for rent by the hour. 1) 12 x 25 white cyclorama (infinity wall) for photo and video production. 2) 17 x12 rehearsal space perfect for dance, acting, or small workshops. The space has a professional dance floor and mirror or curtained backdrop option. We also offer tables and chairs for small meetings or auditions. 3) 8 x 10 Themed Backdrop sets We have a variety of Las Vegas-themed sets that can be customized for your photo and video projects or content creation. Options include: Tiki set Western Saloon set Old West set Speakeasy set Generic room set Faux Window set Brick wall set We only accept one booking at a time. The space will be private for you and your party. Additional production services: We can help creatives who need help with other services! We have deep local connections and can provide off-the-shelf props, prop fabrication, graphics, set design, and talent. Location: We are conveniently located off Dean Martin Dr., adjacent to the Las Vegas Strip, and close to hotels and the airport. Parking: Our studio has ample parking for at least five vehicles. We offer more parking availability later in the day after 5 pm. Our building does have a roll-up door for big prop/ set load-ins and natural light capability. Deposits/Cancelation Fees: We require a deposit for all rentals. We enforce a 24-hour cancelation policy. All cancelations before 24 hours will receive a full refund. Cancelations after 24 hours will receive a 50% refund of deposit. We take your project seriously. If we have committed our space to your use, we have turned down other potential renters.
