Our flexible layout, easy load-in, and on-site prop shop access make us a favorite for both local and visiting productions. Our space features a separate dressing area and entrance, prioritizing your comfort, making it ideal for boudoir, burlesque, OF, and pin-up photography. 🎬 Studio Spaces We are located in a commercial warehouse space. The open concept room is over 1,000 square feet and contains: • White Cyclorama Wall (24’ x 12’) Perfect for film, photo, commercial, and content production. • Rehearsal / Multi-Use Dance Studio (17’ x 14’) Ideal for dance rehearsals, acting sessions, auditions, table reads, and small workshops. Features a professional dance floor with mirror or curtained backdrop options. • Additional flexible space featuring photographic backdrops, sofas, and chairs.
