The space is freestanding and does not attach to the main house. It is on a property that is entirely compounded and shielded from the street by high fences and trees, once you are inside the gates you can not be seen. This space is for photographers and film only, no events and no parties. Use of the pool is not included. The space is a cozy 400ish sf but enough to do your sit down interview or some glamour shots. The cabinets are by reform, the floors by stuga and all furnishings and art and accessories are of nice quality. Things can be moved for set up, but please note some of the pieces are heavy and we need you to do so carefully. The space includes a full bathroom for talent or crew. The yard is part of the deal, but only the area in front and around the pool, we will be adding some non professional photos of that space now and it will be redone by the winter and we will have new photos of the yard and exterior. This is a great option for a very chic spot on a budget: our minimums re much less than the main house.
