The approximately 330 sq. ft. Beauty Room can be configured for meetings, classes, presentations, coaching sessions, workshops and other small professional gatherings. Classroom-style configurations with tables and chairs are available depending on the requested layout. The room is private and windowless and includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning and restroom access. Tables, chairs and other requested setup items may be arranged as additional options through Peerspace.I intentionally did not call 130 or 400 your legal capacity. Until you retrieve the official occupancy information, that's the safer approach. We can still use attendee pricing and approve configurations based on the particular booking. OVERTIME POLICY All setup, event/activity time, and cleanup must take place within your reserved booking time. Any time used before or after the confirmed reservation time will be considered overtime. Overtime will be charged at 1.5× the booked hourly rate in 30-minute increments, subject to space availability.
