**B and P Studio Cleaning Process Between Bookings** To keep our studio fresh and ready for the next artist, here’s what we do between each booking: 1. **Clearing the Space**: - We start by removing any personal items, props, or equipment left behind from the previous session. - All trash, including food wrappers and beverage containers, is gathered and disposed of properly. 2. **Sanitizing Surfaces**: - We thoroughly wipe down frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, tables, chairs, and equipment handles with disinfectant. - Any studio props or shared equipment used are also cleaned and sanitized. 3. **Sweeping/Vacuuming Floors**: - We sweep or vacuum the floors to remove any dirt, dust, or debris, paying special attention to high-traffic areas. 4. **Resetting the Studio**: - We make sure all studio furniture, props, and equipment are returned to their designated spots. - Backdrops, lighting, and other studio setups are neatly arranged and prepped for the next booking. 5. **Restroom Check**: - The restroom is checked to ensure it’s clean and well-stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. 6. **Final Inspection**: - We perform a final walkthrough to confirm that everything is in order, with trash removed, surfaces cleaned, and equipment properly stored. 7. **Reporting Issues**: - If any damages or issues are found during the cleaning process, they are immediately reported to studio management. This cleaning process ensures that B and P Studio remains a pristine and inviting space for each artist who walks through our doors.
