Here is a step-by-step guide to ensure the space is cleaned effectively: **1. Preparation: Gather all necessary cleaning supplies, including disinfectants, cleaning cloths, mops, vacuums, trash bags, and any specific tools for your space. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves and masks, if needed. **2. Initial Inspection: Conduct a walk-through of the space to assess the areas that need cleaning and to identify any damages or issues that need addressing. Check all areas used during the event, including the boardroom, meeting room, photo studio, yoga studio, buffet area, and shower. **3. Trash Removal: Empty all trash and recycling bins. Replace liners as needed. Ensure that any food or drink items are disposed of properly to prevent odors or pest issues. **4. Surface Cleaning: Tables and Chairs: Wipe down all surfaces with disinfectant. This includes conference tables, chairs, and any additional furniture used during the event. Counters and Buffets: Clean and disinfect countertops, buffet areas, and any serving dishes or utensils that were used.
