Teak deck with chaise lounges and umbrella. Additional side teak deck. Outdoor bocce ball court, hot/cold shower, BBQ, pizza oven, ping-pong table. Space also available for catering/craft services in front circular driveway, kitchen side patio and/or backyard. INTERIOR SPACES: Open plan indoor gourmet kitchen, living room, den/music room, 2 bedrooms/changing rooms for hair/makeup and wardrobe, 1 full bath, 1 half bath available for use. PARKING: There is abundant, unrestricted street parking 24 hours a day.
