Our conference room at The CoWork Boutique, affectionately known as the Green Room, is ideal for various intimate gatherings: one-on-one meetings, consultations, study groups, small board meetings, and team meetings, to name a few. It comfortably seats 8-10 people. The room also features a private bathroom and a nearby break room for added convenience.

Common areas: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, emptying trash, and tidying up shared spaces like the kitchen, lounge areas, and restrooms. Restrooms: Regular cleaning and restocking of restrooms with soap, hand sanitizer, and paper products. Weekly Cleaning: Deep cleaning of floors: Thorough mopping and polishing of all floor surfaces. Windows and glass surfaces: Cleaning of windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Kitchen appliances: Deep cleaning of the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and other shared appliances. Furniture: Vacuuming and dusting of couches, chairs, and other furniture. Monthly Cleaning: Carpet and upholstery cleaning: Deep cleaning of carpets and upholstery to remove stains and allergens. Air vent cleaning: Cleaning of air vents and filters to improve air quality. Wall and ceiling cleaning: Dusting and wiping down walls and ceilings. Additional Cleaning Measures: Professional cleaning service: Periodic use of a professional cleaning service for deep cleaning and specialized tasks. Green cleaning products: Use of eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products to promote a healthy environment. Air purifiers: Installation of air purifiers to improve air quality and reduce allergens. Regular inspections: Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
