This space is perfect for teambuilding retreats. The 850 square feet room includes seating for 26 and a Smartboard for presentations. The table configuration in the room is 2 tables of 8, with an island that seats 8 and 2 bars that seat 2 each. Three restrooms are available (two indoors and one pool restroom) High-speed internet via dedicated tower service (500 Mbps). Adjacent to the meeting space is a commercial kitchen to make meals or bring food in. The outdoor area features a 75-foot lap pool with an adjacent hot tub for 10 guests. A Traeger grill and a propane grill are poolside to prepare meals. The pool has Ledge in-water loungers and chairs, as well as Trex patio furniture surrounding the pool area. Our space is ideal for teambuilding meetings or retreats, family reunions, parties, or any kind of corporate meeting or event. Overnight stays available for up to 25 guests- 14 guests single occupancy
