Aesthetic Urban Dock with Scenic Views

Our expansive dock structure (4,000+ sq ft) located on Ladybird Lake can accommodate a variety of activities, including photo/video shoots, gatherings, fitness events, and more. In addition to waterfront dock space, we also have a spacious granite path area covered in tree canopy equipped with overhead string lighting, a dedicated picnic area nestled in the Zilker nature preserve, and a dedicated parking lot that can be cross-utilized as additional event space when needed. The sweeping views of the hill country to the west of our location are unmatched. Before booking, please note that we typically remain open to the pubic during media production. Your rental will include dedicated space on the west side of our dock unless other arrangements are made prior to production. We are no strangers to production and have hosted a litany of production crews for well-known companies including National Geographic, Atlas Obscura, Nike, Chaco, The Real Housewives of Potomac, India Today, Texas Hill Country Provisions, Allegiant Air, Austin Subaru, and more. We do have several well-maintained portable toilets on-site. Despite being outdoors, aesthetics are a top priority for our crew. There will always be a manager on site in case you need assistance at any point during your booking. We are located in the picturesque Rollingwood neighborhood, less than one mile from Zilker Park. We are only a short distance away from Barton Spring Pool, Picnic Food Truck Park, and countless restaurants. *Note- because we are located in the nature preserve and, on the lake, no glass containers allowed on site. Alcohol is not permitted without a special event permit from the City of Austin.
