Our recording studio offers a serene escape with a breathtaking lake view, providing the perfect backdrop for your artistic process. Equipped with cutting-edge recording gear, the studio ensures a professional and seamless experience for any music production needs. When you're ready to unwind, enjoy the game room or take a break in the fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're laying down tracks or just kicking back, this space blends comfort, creativity, and modern amenities for the ultimate recording experience. The studio space has KRK monitors, hooked with a USB dock that powers up all the equipment. It has three screen monitors for ultimate views of your work. Other equipment includes a USB Audio interface, a Native instrument Maschine, a condenser microphone, a 49-key M-audio Midi Controller, a DDJ controller, speaker. You are allowed to bring in your studio equipment and set up. The Game room space has a PlayStation 5 connected to a 55-inch TV. With 2 game controllers tv remote and endless tv channels. The Kitchen has a big refrigerator, Oven top, kitchen sink, and microwave to warm up foods!

We sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. We supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. We clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. We collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. We remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
