Private Multi-Media Facility (Tree House Creations)

Our facility is great for media productions, events/meetings of 15-150 people (price and requirements change with the number of people) anything over we can accommodate up to 300 but things get tight & hot during the summer. For events you will want to bring your own signage and decorations we can handle this for you on request for additional fees. Any amplified sound is an extra $20/hr. we have an in-house surround system that we don't charge extra to utilize at the current settings. As we have a functioning recording studio attached to the venue. If you would like a rate to book out the whole building for full control please reach out to us. If room is not returned as it was it is $100 for an additional cleaning fee. *Including floors and trash. You are responsible for any damages and your paetrons. We have a media area with white & green walls a media editing and productions room, large back outdoor lot area. We have recording, video, and lighting equipment & Electronic backdrop holder (bring your own backdrops all setup on request not available for large events without additional deposits for possible damages). Available on request. We can include security, AV support, audio engineers, videographers, and photographers for additional cost on request We have a fridge, 3 fold out tables and chairs for around 50 give or take a ailable on request. *AC will start to struggle to keep the room cool at more then 50-75 people best during winter months. Parking is in the back if that fills up you must have people park at the plaza on the north west corner of university & 24th st. Can not have people out front of the build for any reason.
