The office is divided into two parts the front is setup like and office and the back is a sewing studio with 4 sewing machines and one cutting table, that is where our bathroom is located as well. The setup allows for independent work as well as team collaboration. The layout features two distinct workstations and 1 big meeting table, with ample desk space and comfortable chairs. This setup provides flexibility—users can utilize one desk for administrative work and the other for creative or collaborative tasks. There's plenty of room for additional equipment like printers and monitors, which suggests a workspace that accommodates both digital and physical tasks. The office has a warm, professional atmosphere with wood flooring and sleek furniture. The chairs and desks appear modern and comfortable. Additional amenities, such as the printer and the organized, uncluttered desk setup, contribute to the functional design. The decor's blend of clean lines and comfort gives it a polished, inviting feel—great for filming. As we are a construction company we have a cabinet of marble, wood, flooring samples on the shelves.

After each booking, we hire a professional cleaning service to thoroughly clean and sanitize the entire space. This process includes disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, such as desks, chairs, door handles, and shared equipment like printers. The floors are swept and mopped, and trash bins are emptied. Additionally, all common areas, including the restroom, are meticulously cleaned to ensure a fresh and welcoming workspace for the next user. We are committed to providing a pristine and hygienic environment for every booking.
