We're located in a historic Renaissance Revival building featuring marble hallways, grand staircases, and timeless architectural detail. The studio is ideal for editorial and boudoir photography, fashion campaigns, music videos, film productions, cocktail parties, and intimate music events. THE SUITES: The AFTER HOURS LOUNGE shape-shifts across four distinct looks — a moody Cuban cigar lounge, an intimate boudoir, a lavish living room, and an Old Hollywood speakeasy. Styled vignettes with authentic vintage pieces let productions achieve multiple setups. Featured pieces: - an upright Essex for Steinway piano (recently tuned) - a clawfoot Victorian sofa - Hollywood Regency gilded artichoke lamps - a 1970s dimmable smoked glass chandelier - an Art Deco Chinese bar cabinet - designer barware - heavy velvet draperies - an extensive collection of authentic vintage props and decor, including ashtrays, decanters, and barware This suite has access to a PRIVATE FIRE ESCAPE with views of DTLA. Waivers must be signed by all guests to use the fire escape. The PARAKEET SUITE draws inspiration from the infamous Chateau Marmont, designed to feel romantic and slightly disheveled in the spirit of Old Hollywood interiors. Warm salmon walls look beautiful in the golden hour light, and a steady cross-breeze creates natural movement for editorial and cinematic shoots.
