This 100-year-old home is full of historic charm yet beautifully renovated to provide modern comfort, upscale design, and exceptional functionality. This is the perfect space for photographers, podcasters, and content creators looking for a location that exudes a warm, modern lifestyle aesthetic on camera. And ideal for small gatherings, executive retreats, and off-site work meetings or get-togethers. This space has been used for video & photo shoots and can accommodate a backdrop if needed for photography. Despite being in the basement level, it gets good natural light through 2 windows as well as dimmable overhead and ambient lighting throughout. This space has a separate exterior entrance from the main house. You’ll take a few short stairs down to a large, colorful open-concept space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. The space is designed to strike a balance between vibrant accent colors, neutral furniture, and cozy textures. Ideal for those wanting a bit more color and vibrancy while still having the freedom to create their aesthetic. There is a plush ivory sofa, velvet armchair, electric fireplace, and floor cushions. Additional armchairs, a small dining table that seats 2-3, and/or a 6’ long conference table can be provided upon request. There is a 70-inch television, wifi, and Bluetooth speaker available for your use. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, a radiant cooktop with a vent, a stovetop kettle, a Breville coffeemaker, limited pot pans, utensils, and dishes. We also provide filtered water, coffee, a selection of tea, honey, and sugar are also for your use. The fridge is empty and available to stock with your food and beverages as needed during the rental. There is no microwave but a toaster oven and/or air fryer can be provided upon request.

We clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, kitchens, and bathrooms, and vacuum and dust between all bookings. Disinfecting sprays are used on soft surfaces such as couches, rugs, and throw pillows as well and throws and curtains are washed or dry cleaned regularly. We provide access to masks, disinfecting wipes, and hand sanitizer and encourage all guests to use them. We also have multiple air purifiers throughout.
