The Kitchen Studio at H.K. Curated Space is a styled, production ready environment designed specifically for food-led photography, film, and content creation. While the listing is for the Kitchen Studio, hire includes access to the full studio space, allowing productions to use adjacent areas for prep, holding, styling, or additional setups as required. The Kitchen Studio is particularly well suited to: Cooking and recipe content Food photography and film Social and branded content for food and drink brands Product-led shoots requiring a kitchen environment Editorial and commercial food projects The space works equally well for modern or retro-led briefs, depending on styling and set dressing.The kitchen features 1970s yellow Formica cabinetry, a bare plaster backsplash, and modern white countertops, spanning 6m length. Positioned in front of the main kitchen run is a pale blue Formica kitchen island (approx. 4.2m total length). Mounted on hidden castors, the island can be: Repositioned within the space, split into two sections on request, configured with or without the integrated 4 zone induction hob. Kitchen doors and panels can also be swapped out to create alternative looks or sets, subject to availability and additional cost depending on scope and time required. Please flag any set changes at enquiry stage. Kitchen features include: Two under-counter fridges Two 4 zone induction hobs Single built in oven Kettle and toaster Under counter waste and recycling Kitchen racking available Please note: There is no sink or drainage within the kitchen set. A separate commercial sink is available elsewhere on site. There is no dishwasher or glass washer at present. Advise if this is something you require. Kitchen Studio hire is priced separately from standard studio hire to account for: Increased power usage. Cooking activity. Additional setup, reset, and cleaning time. General wear and tear to kitchen surfaces Rates are quoted based on project type, crew size, cooking requirements, and access needs. Dry hire: lighting not included Power: single phase power within the kitchen set; three phase sockets (4pin) available in the main studio (please advise in advance) Lighting: no fixed lighting above the kitchen set Sound: not soundproofed but regularly used for audio recording Heating: available during winter months Ceiling: solid wooden beams suitable for clamping Sockets: overhead ceiling sockets (extensions required) Condition: ceilings and floors remain in original, unrestored condition Hospitality For half-day and full-day bookings, we provide: Hot drinks, still and sparkling water, fresh fruit bowls. A studio representative is on hand throughout the hire. Crew dining / breakout areas can be arranged if required (may incur a surcharge for larger crews).
