It is currently ideal for: * Pop Up Shops * Workshops + Small Classes * Art Gallery * Workspace * Book Clubs * Private or Small Events * Micro Weddings A Suite Place has two separate rooms and a kitchenette. Which features: Room 1/ Foyer features: a multiuse bar cart, light-up armoire/ display case, grid wall, picture frames, swivel accent chairs, flat screen TV, light-up display cabinets, marble floors Room 2/ Parlor features: orange love seat, floating shelves, picture frames, photography light, accent rug, marble floors Kitchenette features: refrigerator, dishes, few appliances **We are always adding new things to the space to provide a better experience and are always open to suggestions, ideas, and collaborations. ** Thank You Furniture Included in Event Booking: All Soft Furniture + 2 wooden chairs *8 Folding Chairs *2 Folding Tables Additional furniture required can be included as Ad-Ons **We are open to reasonable negotiations MAXIUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum amount of persons allowed for an “Event” Booking is 30. Under no circumstances are there to be no more than 30 persons in the space at one time. BOOKING TIME Please arrive ON-TIME and exit ON-TIME. If you will need additional set-up or break down/ clean-up time, please book accordingly. Overtime fees will incur for any late arrivals and/or exits. SPACE AS IS Please leave the space in the condition it was provided. Please clean up after yourselves and guest. This includes: washing any and all dishes, cleaning sink, cleaning surfaces used, sweeping, pulling trash (we will discard), placing furniture and items back in designated spots/areas, etc. Additional cleaning fees will incur for any excess cleaning requirements beyond our normal obligations.

Cleanliness and the Health & Safety of our guests is one of our top priorities. The suite is thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking.
