Logistics: • Available Spaces: Guests have access to the main living room, dining area, outdoor patio, kitchen, pool area, and restrooms (1 full on the second floor and 1.5 on the first floor). • Parking: Ample parking is available in the 3-car garage and driveway, with additional free street parking and a nearby parking lot for crew members and equipment trucks. • Electricity and WiFi: The property is equipped with reliable WiFi and multiple electrical outlets to support media equipment and production needs. House Rules: • No smoking inside the house or near the pool. • Furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original position after the shoot. • No loud music or filming after 10 PM to respect the neighbors. • Day-use only; no overnight stays. • All trash must be placed in the provided bins before departure.
