Located on the second floor, you'll have convenient access to a freight elevator in the common area. This loft is perfect for a variety of events, such as photoshoots, small video shoots, and interview settings. When you rent this space, you'll have exclusive use of the entire bottom floor and lofted area. You'll also have the convenience of a small full kitchen and a private full bathroom, which can double as a dressing room. Parking is a breeze with one gated and assigned parking spot, ensuring secure and hassle-free access. For additional vehicles, there is plenty of free regular street parking in the residential neighborhood, with no time restrictions or meters. Simply be mindful of street cleaning signs on Thursday and Friday afternoons between 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm. In addition to being wheelchair-accessible and ADA-compliant, this loft offers a range of amenities to enhance your experience. From a client seating area in the common area to free high-speed WiFi, we've thought of every detail to make your time here productive and enjoyable.
