The building is walking distance to the famous Design District, the Wynwood Arts district, and Mid-town Miami and is less than 10 mins. drive to South Beach, Downtown, and Miami Airport, making it an in demand and very centrally located experience, especially during the world famous Art Basel fairs and the Ultra Music Festival.
