Urban Daylight Studio with direct street access in SE Portland | Perfect for photography and events

Welcome to Daybright Studios! Our studio is a 700 sq ft natural light space in a newly renovated building with high vaulted ceilings making it perfect for photography, videography, and more. Small events such as yoga, parties, and gallery exhibits are welcome, please inquire to discuss details. - The space is ADA compliant and offers concrete floors with two large clean white walls wide enough for 107" seamless paper. Barn doors separate the main area from storage, kitchen, and bathroom. - The studio comes equipped with production supplies such as backdrops, lighting equipment, tables, etc along with a large lightbox available for product imagery (see photos). Inquire for a full list of equipment. - We also have a seating area in the main space that offers a selection of chairs, tables, and props. Our chair selection is ever growing and we are on the hunt for a staple couch. - There is a large mirror along with a garment rolling rack and pink Jiffy Steamer provided in our main area, and can be moved as needed. - We have a fully functioning kitchen that can be used upon approval. Items can be stored in the fridge but do not use anything in the door or drawers. - We have 2 bathrooms with one private access bathroom that is large and perfect for use as a changing room and HMU station. - Our light-filled space is perfect for plants and we have several that are available to be moved and used in any session, but please be careful and do NOT water. The towering Fiddle Leaf tree is especially lovely yet delicate, so takes 2 people to move. - Staff will be onsight to allow entry into the studio. Overtime must be discussed with the host at least 15 min prior to the end of your booking. Daybright Studios is nestled in downtown Lents, a neighborhood with strong ties to the Southeast. Adjacent to our building, you'll find a local Mexican restaurant and the Eagle Tavern, which has been a staple for decades. This space is ideal for producing lifestyle branding images and is also set up for headshots, portrait photography, and so much more. We collaborate with several local designers and photographers.
