OUR TWO-STORY, 3000 SQFT STORE IN INDUSTRY CITY IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE AS A LOCATION FOR EVENTS, AND PHOTOSHOOTS, AND CAN INCLUDE ALL INVENTORY. WE CAN WORK WITH YOU TO COMPLETELY REDESIGN THE SPACE ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS. LET US KNOW HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THE SPACE. WE WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU! Our gallery space boasts 18-foot ceilings with tons of natural light. Our exceptionally curated vintage design & contemporary artwork collection allows guests to enjoy a beautifully curated gallery space. The space is filled with mid-century modern and post-modern designer furniture and accents that make a perfect backdrop for fashion, portrait, still-life photoshoots, events, dinner parties, private receptions, brand launches, and much more! Feel free to use any of our inventory as props. The open layout allows for seamless movement between different zones, whether you're setting up equipment for a photo or film shoot, arranging props for a product display, or simply enjoying the space for client meetings and events. We have two professional movers on site to assist with lifting and relocating furniture as needed. Our team is equipped to handle all furniture adjustments within your space rental. We also provide the option to remove furniture from the store to meet your specific needs. Please keep in mind that advance notice is required before your rental period to facilitate this service. You can use our well-equipped kitchen and restroom on the premises! We also are conveniently located on the ground level, with only one step to enter our main doors or you can take the adjacent ramp to avoid the step which allows for easy loading and unloading.

Spot clean any spills or stains promptly. Surface Cleaning: Wipe down all surfaces, including countertops, display cases, and shelves, using appropriate cleaning solutions. Restroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect all restroom facilities, restocking supplies as needed. Trash Removal: Empty trash bins throughout the store, ensuring all waste is properly disposed of. Weekly Cleaning Tasks: Dusting: Dust all surfaces, including light fixtures, shelves, and corners, to remove cobwebs and dust buildup. Window Cleaning: Clean windows and glass doors to ensure clear visibility and an inviting entrance. Detailed Floor Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning on floors, including carpet shampooing or stripping and waxing hard floors as necessary. Monthly Cleaning Focus: Inventory Area Cleaning: Organize and clean the inventory storage area, ensuring products are neatly arranged and easily accessible. Equipment Maintenance: Check and clean any equipment used in the store, such as scanners, registers, and displays. Seasonal Deep Cleaning: Comprehensive Clean: Conduct a thorough deep cleaning of the entire retail space, including hard-to-reach areas, baseboards, and high surfaces. Reorganization: Review and reorganize merchandise displays, ensuring a fresh look for customers. Health and Safety Compliance: Disinfection: Use EPA-approved disinfectants regularly, especially on high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, and payment terminals. Training: Ensure all cleaning staff are trained in proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols. By adhering to this cleaning process, we ensure a safe, hygienic, and pleasant experience for our customers.
