Client will be responsible for removing all belongings, garbage, or any items not present at the Venue prior to the Start Date/Time. Provider will not be liable for any property left at the Venue after the End Time. If the Venue is not in good appearance and condition after the End Time or if any items have been damaged during the event or booking, then the Provider may make such repairs or may cause such repairs to be made as are necessary to put the Venue in a state of good appearance and condition or to repair or replace damaged items. Provider will make any repairs within a reasonable time after the End Time and will give Client written notice of and invoices for the said repairs. Provider will provide an itemized invoice for any repairs or replacements needed and Client will promptly pay the remaining amount.

Standard 30 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
