The home was built in the 1930s - three bedrooms, dining area, kitchen, social room, three bathrooms, and a hauntingly gorgeous basement is found hidden away through the corridor. The home was in a sudden house fire in 2016, and all that remains in the home is now used as a film and commercial location that is unlike anywhere in Los Angeles. The home rests on a 10-acre ranch and comes with private on-site parking, men's and women's restrooms, and power throughout the location. La Tuna Locations has a strict COVID-19 maintenance protocol to ensure everyone is working in a safe space. LTL will have cleaned the locations/basecamp/green rooms/bathrooms prior to your arrival and restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized regularly. Trash cans and sanitation stations will be provided. All add-ons such as props and golf carts will be sanitized before use, if inquired. All trash must be removed and thrown away by the production. ALL Locations being used must be cleaned and swept before leaving the premises. To ensure safety, LTL requires every production member to wear a mask at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.
