On the west side are two comfortable guest bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill-style bathroom between them. One of these bedrooms has a queen-sized bed, and the other has a king bed and direct access to the back patio and swimming pool. On the east side of the house, you’ll find the spacious primary bedroom with its king bed, writing desk en suite bathroom, and access to the pool patio. Also at this end of the house is a small private gym with a Peloton Tread and other professional equipment to help work off last night’s martinis. Outside you’ll enjoy the covered patio and sparkling blue swimming pool, surrounded by privacy hedges and lush landscaping, providing an almost tropical feeling.
