Former Bar with great outdoor areas

Looking for someplace unique to host your next birthday, wedding, graduation party, quinceañera or Sweet 16 party, corporate event, or holiday party? Please take look at our space. This building used to be a bar and we kept that same look inside with 1800 square feet of indoor room with lots of wall space, if you want to put up your own art with individual art spot lighting. There are three bathrooms, and inside bar with fake beer taps behind, a kitchen area for food prep, fenced-in off-street parking for 20 to 30 cars or bounce houses, 3500 square feet of fenced-in outdoor space. There are lots of outside seating areas, a raised stage for a band or DJ under a 800 square foot tented area, a pool table, and unique wall art. We have two gates for entrance, one drive through and one walk through with fenced in parking for about 30 cars. We include all of our ten tables and 30 chairs, four coolers for beverages, and exterior and interior LED lighting as part of the hourly package. We also have four propane heaters and one propane fireplace that you can use for free. We just ask that the propane is replaced after the event.
