The property features - 18 uniquely designed rooms - Parlour House-a spacious 2-bedroom vacation rental - Chandelier Park - Serene Pool & Terrace ***Please note that we do not have a front desk at the Fainting Couch. Your room number and door code to get in will be texted to you at check-in time. You can message us with questions during your stay.*** Housekeeping: Housekeeping/Cleaning services are not available mid-stay. Rooms are not cleaned mid-stay. If you are staying with us for more than 3 nights and would like your room refreshed during your stay, please inquire in advance. Guests/Occupants: It has been agreed that for the purposes of this rental, the maximum number of overnight Guests/Occupants shall be 4 Guests per Room for rooms containing more than 1 bed and 2 Guests per Room for Rooms with only 1 bed. Additional Guests or Daytime Visitors shall not be permitted. The Primary Occupant and other guests shall be collectively referred to herein as “Occupants.” No one under 18 will be allowed on the property without being accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Pets and Service Animals: A Fee of $50 shall apply to any stays where a Pet is present. Pets and Service Animals are permitted on the premises; however, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure they are well-behaved, on a leash at all times, and MAY NEVER BE LEFT IN THE ROOM ALONE. PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS MUST ACCOMPANY YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE THE ROOM. NO MORE THAN ONE PET OR SERVICE ANIMAL IS PERMITTED PER ROOM. Occupant(s) also acknowledge and consent to absolve the Property Owner and Management from any liability associated with the presence of pets on the property. THE PRESENCE OF MORE THAN 1 PET OR SERVICE ANIMAL IN A ROOM, LEAVING A PET OR SERVICE ANIMAL ALONE IN A ROOM, OR ALLOWING A PET OR SERVICE ANIMAL TO BE OFF LEASH ON THE PROPERTY SHALL INCUR A MINIMUM $200 CHARGE. Pool: The pool is open from May until September. The hours the pool is open changes seasonally, and is posted on-site. Use of the pool or pool area outside of the posted hours is strictly prohibited and will result in a minimum $200 charge, as well as immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. No diving. In consideration of our other Guests, music is not allowed at the Pool or in any other outdoor areas.

Each space is thoroughly refreshed, from floors to windows, to ensure it’s spotless and inviting for new arrivals. Sanitization Protocols: We use high-grade, eco-friendly sanitizers and disinfectants approved by health authorities. All frequently used surfaces, including countertops, tabletops, and bathrooms, receive special attention with these sanitizers to help maintain a hygienic environment. Linen and Bedding Care: All linens, towels, and bedding are washed at high temperatures to eliminate germs, dust, or allergens and replaced fresh for each new guest. Pillows and mattresses are also sanitized, so you can rest assured of a clean and comfortable night’s sleep. Air Quality and Ventilation: We ventilate each room after cleaning, allowing fresh air to circulate and ensuring a comfortable, well-aired atmosphere when you arrive.
