Built in 1911 and designed by Frederick Schock, this three-bedroom two-bathroom apartment features over 1700-square feet on the top floor with a view of the Willis Tower. The living room, facing south, receives tons of natural light throughout the day through three bay windows.
The apartment has a primary bedroom with ample light, a guest room, and a child's bedroom, There is a front porch (uncovered) and a back porch (covered), and two alcoves; the first features a non-working fireplace with green brick and the second has Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired built-in book shelves with leaded stained glass.
This is a great location for a vintage-inspired photo session or a film/TV/commercial shoot.
