We are only offering day and night exterior filming and photography and commercial use of our home. No interior of house, stair, or porch use, unless permission in writing. Ours is a gorgeous 1893 historic registered property, beautiful, majestic, spooky. Large front lawn for positioning camera equipment. Front of property, no access beyond gate. No alcohol on property. No offensive behavior nudity, lewdness, prop or other gun use or display, loud music or sounds on the grounds during your use. No toilet provided, if you are shooting longer or multiple days, we do have a location to place a port a potty, which is at your expense. You may be required in the Village of Oak Park to get a film permit. This would probably only matter if the filming is longer than a few hours and your crew is greater than 5 people and more than 3 vehicles, but at your own risk, see below.
Here is a link for Film Permits for a larger, more involved projects. It’s at your own risk if you don’t take out a permit and get shut down. If link below doesn't work, visit the the Village of Oak Park, IL government website and search "film permits." No refunds.

I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is.
