Midtown loft studio with 14 ft ceilings, large north-facing windows, and Profoto lighting included. Vintage furniture and hand-painted backdrop walls create versatile shooting setups for fashion, portrait, and commercial production. Our studio is a multi-level production space. The lofted mezzanine is ideal for backstage prep or as an extra camera position. Basic photography equipment, including two Profoto strobes (see full list below), is included with your booking at no extra cost. Additional equipment, seamless backdrops, and modular wall adjustments are available as add-ons. Suitable for photo shoots, fashion shoots, commercial production, interviews, and video shoots. USING THE STUDIO: - Weekday bookings are self-service. Access instructions will be sent before your booking. - Please include setup and breakdown within your reserved time. - Leave the studio as you found it to avoid cleaning fees. - Seamless paper: $30 per 9ft roll (please request color in advance). - Add-ons must be requested at least 48 hours before your shoot. - No smoking in the studio. We prioritize cleanliness and safety. After every booking, the studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all surfaces, furniture, and equipment. Fabrics are washed regularly, and the space is well-ventilated for optimal air quality.
