Cyclorama Studio Space Our 17ft tall (yup! 17ft tall), is among the top 10 tallest cyclorama walls in the country! The fact that you can offload large equipment from your car or truck right onto the shooting floor is a huge plus for any size of production at all. Fashion Shoots, Dance Shoots, High Street Fashion Shoots, Creative Shoots Our Industrial layout means we can suspend a rig for dance and fashion shoots of all kinds. At 2200 Sqft, there is more than enough space for the entire team! The photography/film crew, the dance crew, friends and family! Plus, there's more than enough parking on our premises for this! Filming in our versatile creative space: Boho wall, vintage wall Our creative room - one of the rooms within the studio - is truly a creator's heaven. With accented and patterned walls offering a vintage feel and boho feel, in addition to a versatile white wall, creatives can build actual film sets for a more tailored and customized production experience for clients. Massive studio space At 2200 sqft, 24ft high ceilings, 17FT tall cyclorama wall, multi-studio-room options, ground floor with overhead door for loading equipments and an equipped Mezzanine lounge, our space is very welcoming and comfortable - super convenient to shoot at! Convenience Designed by photographers for film, photography, content creation, podcasting and more, our 8ft tall doors make it super convenient to move production equipment (i.e c-stands) between rooms and storage, without having to dismantle them. Wedding Studio Ever considered getting married right at the studio - having an intimate ceremony, reception and professional wedding photos - all on one site! Our wedding-studio-props make our studio an exciting option for this adventure! Kitchen Space Our Kitchen space means you can also shoot food content here - conveniently! Yaassss! Inclusivity is important to us: Barrier-free washrooms for wheel-chair access Our washrooms are bearing-free for ease of movement for wheel-chair access and movement. Being a ground-level studio as well, access to the space is super easy without the need of an additional ramp. A cleaning fee (in addition to the booking fee) is charged for the use of the cyclorama wall area due to the routine maintenance and cleaning required following each use. (The creative room can be used as an alternative as it does not have a cleaning fee). Renters are REQUIRED to leave the studio exactly as they found it. Ground furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original position. Anything on the wall is not to be moved. To preserve the integrity and appearance of the cyclorama wall (the white floor area): 1. Shoes are NOT permitted on the white floor area 2. Shoes must be taken off in the studio except necessary. If shoes must be worn in the studio, renters are advised to bring a pair of indoor shoes or wear shoe covers upon entry into the studio. 3. No eating or drinking is allowed on the white wall area 4. In the event of a spill or stain, only the dedicated cleaning mop (located by the entrance) may be used to clean the white floor area.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
