Guests will have access to the spacious living and dining areas, perfect for mingling. The fully equipped kitchen can be used for catering prep or self-service setups. If formal seating is needed, this could be accommodated in the front parlor. For an additional charge, a private room can be provided for changing, napping children, etc. • Furniture: Includes 2 sofas, 2 cushioned banquet seats, 1 table and 9 chairs, available for various arrangements. • Parking: Driveway space for 3 vehicles side by side or 5 parked tandem, plus ample street parking. • Access: Easy entry through the main door with no stairs, making it accessible for all guests. The space is professionally cleaned before every event. You are asked to clean any spills from the floor. remove large debris from the floor. Take out the trash. Clean all appliances you may have used during the event. All dirty dishes can be placed in the dishwarer and load started prior to leaving the premises.
