For an additional charge, a private room can be provided for changing, napping children, etc. • Furniture: Includes 2 sofas, 2 cushioned banquet seats, 1 table and 9 chairs, available for various arrangements. • Parking: Driveway space for 3 vehicles side by side or 5 parked tandem, plus ample street parking. • Access: Easy entry through the main door with no stairs, making it accessible for all guests.
