Harbor Room, housed in the beautifully restored Chamber of Commerce historical building is the perfect setting for business meetings, group gatherings, trainings, and professional events that accommodates up to 55 attendees comfortably. Situated in the heart of downtown Baltimore, our location is within short walking distance to local government offices, the convention center, corporate offices, Orioles Park at Camden Yards, Powerplant Live!, Soundstage, CFG Arena, Hopkins Plaza, and Harbor East. Enjoy the convenience of our proximity to Inner Harbor, just 2 short blocks away with many shops and restaurants including the Cheesecake Factory, Chick-fil-a, Shake Shack, Chipotle, IHOP, and more! The rental cost includes complimentary setup based on your preferences with many room layout options as well as equipment available that includes a projector, 7'x4' screen, flat screen TV, microphone, speaker, WiFi, and whiteboard with markers. Additionally, we do have an on-site store for snacks and beverages, business center for use, and printing/copies for an additional cost. Our meeting space is meticulously maintained to provide a clean, welcoming environment for every event. Before each booking, we thoroughly clean all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and countertops, while ensuring the floors are spotless and restrooms are fully sanitized. We disinfect high-touch areas, refresh the air quality, and set the perfect temperature for your comfort. After every event, we tidy up the space, empty trash bins, and ensure everything is returned to its original arrangement.
