Seating is dotted across the 1100 sqft courtyard space. You'll find the upstairs studio and the garage below at the end of the courtyard. The studio features an exposed beam ceiling, hardwood floors, built-in bookshelves, a widescreen television, a small balcony, and a garden view. It has a kitchen with a sink, stove, and fridge. The garage is a versatile resource that can be used for exhibition or storage space. Both the studio and the garage are 600 sqft. The space also offers a gated entrance accessible by code for extra security, and two garage doors for moving equipment accessible from the alley in the back.
