A perfect location for brands looking to hire a space with coastal, bohemian and colourful vibes along with loads of natural light. Our home is only 2 years old and my husband and I have been slowly renovating the outdoors as well as indoors, creating functional, comfortable and also charming spaces that are pleasing to the eye. Our main living areas are surrounded by natural light and high raked ceilings making an ideal location for photoshoots or film production. This feel-good home features a mixture of pastel tones and natural timber tones with fresh white walls and plenty of space to get creative and allow for multiple set ups including an open lounge that has a lot of eye-catching details. The two living areas have floor to ceiling full wall width stacker doors allowing an abundance of natural light. The Kitchen features a generous 3x1.1m Island bench and it also has an attached dining table making it a perfect cosy spot for photoshoots. There’s also an adjoining meals area with a glass table and unique white and rattan dining chairs. The neutral bedrooms feature 2530mm ceilings, light sandy colour timber floors, absolutely stunning feature wallpapers throughout all rooms, queen beds (one of the bedrooms is a kid's room) along with a gorgeous Ensuite and bathroom which feature beautiful timber tones, eye-catching floor tiles, floating vanities, bathtubs and walk in showers. Stepping outside, a decked patio with Built in BBQ/Outdoor kitchen featuring a tiled benchtop, a stunning breeze block feature wall making it the perfect spot for photoshoots that require coastal/balinese vibes.
