Boho Design Artist's Loft with Modern Kitchen & Bedroom

Welcome to our newest space! A unique 1300 sqft Boho Loft in Brooklyn, NY. This space perfectly combines creative Bohemian-style design and a clean, minimal aesthetic with modern amenities. Main Space: The main room in our space is 1000 sqft of industrial loft with white brick, exposed beams, and 12 ft ceilings. Massive plants and unique design elements are spread around the room as well as luxury furniture. Bedroom: Our beautiful sun-soaked bedroom has minimalistic Scandinavian design qualities, exposed ceiling beams, and new white walls and hardwood floors. Windows: Our loft has over 26 linear feet of 10-foot tall northwest-facing windows, providing soft ambient lighting throughout the morning and afternoon, and direct light in the later afternoon. Kitchen: The space comes with a fully operational kitchen featuring modern luxury appliances, black granite countertops, and a massive kitchen island. Bathroom: Our 55 sqft in-loft bathroom is perfect for privacy and wardrobe changes. Notes about this space: 1) This is a home. Please be respectful of the host's items. 2) When not in use by productions, there is a cat that lives in the space. Please flag this for any potential cat allergies that may be a problem for the cast or crew. We have worked with some of the industry's top production companies and brands such as Nike, TikTok, CNN, Vox, Complex, Hypebeast, Best Buy, and Canon, and have shared our space with professional athletes, actors, directors, musicians, and TV personalities. Accessibility: The studio is on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs. We can operate the building's freight elevator for production, which conveniently opens directly to the sidewalk.
