This is ideal for interviews, consultations, contract signings, real estate closings, and any professional presentation need you may have. This is not a closed private office, here is a door with a textured drapery and a half wall open to a walkway. Light, bright and open with a feeling of intimacy and privacy. 3) The large light blue “Bridgerton" conference room is located in the back of the building and can comfortably sit 6-10 people. This room has a locking door and is private. There is a Smart TV for presentations or ambiance. Frosted windows and a French arched mirror make the room feel garden fresh and light and bright. Faux wisteria and ivy hang from the drapery rods, the drapes are cream colored velvet and there is a nice large rug to keep the room quiet and warm. The lounge is right outside the door perfect for catered foods, snack trays, coffee, tea and water. There is a hand washing sink, a beverage fridge, access to a hot and cold water cooler, and a coffee maker for refreshments. 4) For events, exceeding 10 people, book our event space under Boutique Event Space for up to 25 people. No cooking on-site allowed, no Microwave, no kitchen. Please bring your own refreshments, drinks, plates, cups, napkins, and cutlery. Our space has a private seven-car parking lot behind the building, and ample public parking out front. The building is handicap accessible.
