Our nearly 5,000 sq feet location is conveniently near cities like El Segundo, Inglewood, and Marina del Rey, with easy access to the 105 and 405 freeways for quick highway connections. We are less than a 10-minute drive from LAX, but not on the flight path and far enough to avoid any noise disruption within the space. The studio space boast a clean, industrial, yet modern design, providing an intimate and private atmosphere suitable for a range of clients—whether you’re a medium-sized group or a couple of individuals looking for a successful meeting or filming experience. Our entire facility is perfect for meetings, photo and video shoots, car shots, TikToks, e-commerce, and various events. We offer 5-6 parking spaces and a pull-in garage for easy load-in and load-out. * There is a $200 fee if your shoot requires fresh paint. We can provide pictures of the current condition. Typically, photo shoots can work with a dirty floor, but Video shoots require cleaning because of the amount of post-production required to fix it. *Please ask about availability to shoot in rooms other than the main studio. Some prep might be required *There is no fee for painting the floor AFTER your shoot unless there is an atypical amount of damage, such as marks on the curve or the walls. If there is any damage to the cover such as holes punched into it or cracks, the fee is $500-$1,000 Space is available up to 24 hours and 6 days a week. Our space offers the following setup: A 26’’x 24’’ x 16’’ high Cyc Wall Hair, Make-Up, and Wardrobe room with racks, hangers and LED vanity mirrors Front Lobby area with seating 2 Private Restrooms - stocked with toilet paper and hand soap Small Open Kitchenette area with Tea Kettle, Coffee Pot, cups and utensils Load/Unload area - near garage door (no stairs) *Please ask about availability to use or work in spaces other than the main rooms.
