Please review the following policies prior to booking. 🤍 ✨ Event Policies & Venue Guidelines ✨ 🌵 Booking Requirements To ensure every event runs smoothly, please review the following booking requirements: • A 4-hour minimum booking is required for all events. • Maximum capacity is 100 guests. Guest count must be confirmed in advance and may not exceed this limit at any time. • All setup, event time, and breakdown must be included within your reserved rental hours unless otherwise approved in writing. Additional time will be billed at the applicable hourly rate. • Need extra setup or breakdown time? We're happy to discuss a flat-rate option for access the day before and/or after your event. Once you inquire, we'll send a brief questionnaire to learn more about your vision and help ensure the space is the perfect fit for your celebration. We also highly encourage scheduling a site visit before booking so you can experience the property in person and confirm it meets your needs. 🏜️ Rentals & Add-Ons Please note that the tent, tables, and chairs shown in listing photos are not included with the venue rental. We're happy to connect you with our preferred rental partners for: ✨ Tents ✨ Tables & chairs ✨ Lounge furniture ✨ Dance floors ✨ Photobooth ✨ Additional event rentals The standard event rental includes access to the outdoor event spaces only. Interior access may be added for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. 🤍 Vendor Policy Outside vendors are welcome. To help ensure a safe and professional event experience: • All vendors must be licensed, insured, and operate professionally. • Proof of licensing and insurance may be requested. • Vendors may only access the property during your reserved rental period unless pre-approved in writing. 🎶 Noise Policy To respect our neighbors and local regulations: • Amplified music must be lowered beginning at 10:00 PM. • All events must comply with local noise ordinances. • Excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the event without refund. 🍸 Alcohol Policy Alcohol service is permitted with prior approval. Requirements include: • A licensed and insured bartender is required. • Self-serve bars are not permitted. • No glass cups or glassware may be used outdoors. • Alcohol may not be served to anyone under the legal drinking age. • Over-service of alcohol is strictly prohibited. For events with **50+ guests where alcohol is served**, professional security is required. If alcohol will be present, your event insurance policy must include **Host Liquor Liability Coverage**. 🛡️ Insurance Requirements Event liability insurance is required for all events. Guests must obtain: • A one-day event insurance policy with a minimum of **$1,000,000 in general liability coverage**. • Coverage that includes the full event window, including setup and breakdown. • A Certificate of Insurance naming the property owner as an additional insured if requested. If alcohol will be served, Host Liquor Liability Coverage is required. We recommend **Athos Insurance**, which offers affordable event insurance specifically designed for private venues and special events. 🔥 Fire Safety Due to our desert location and local fire regulations: • No fireworks are permitted. • No open flames are permitted. • Candles must be fully enclosed. • Fire pit use must be approved in advance. • All décor must comply with local fire safety requirements. Guests are responsible for following all local fire restrictions and safety guidelines. ☀️ Weather Considerations Desert Sunset Oasis is an outdoor venue, and guests are responsible for planning accordingly for seasonal weather conditions.
